What a wonderful wonderful wonderful day last week at the Oxlep business 👩🏻💼 bootcamp.
Being your own CEO can be tough work but honestly as long as you can be around likeminded people to lift you up then it all becomes achievable. I met so many inspirational business leaders 😍
What did we learn? The seven ways to improve – how to assess the market, to manage demand as it grows, and how to resource business optimally without over stretching. We learnt how to deal with the complex problems we all inevitably face and how to learn and adapt when things don’t quite go to plan. An immersive experience that focusses on learning by doing.
The best bit was they were ALL social entrepreneurs, all people wanting to make a genuine difference and impact in and around Oxfordshire.

I can’t wait to implement some of the learnings and keep on making a difference.
